Party Packages

  • Preschool Party (Ages 3-6)

    A preschool gymnastics birthday party is for both boys and girls. Our staff members will prepare guided activities on the preschool floor, beam, and bars. Equipment for this age group is specifically designed for young children. There will also be a time of parachute games and races before open gym time spent exploring the balance beam and climbing ropes.

  • Ninja Party (Ages 3-6)

    A ninja birthday party is available for both boys and girls and features guided activities on the Ninja Floor. Staff will lead your child and their guests through ninja-related games and challenges before open gym time. Children can explore all the ninja equipment, including vaults, bars, and climbing ropes.

  • Girls' Gymnastics Party (Ages 7-12)

    Our gymnastics birthday party for girls includes guided activities on the floor, bars, and balance beams. Our staff will lead your child and their guests through gymnastics-related games and challenges. Open gym time will follow, allowing children to explore all the available gymnastics equipment, including bars, vault, and climbing ropes.

Party Information

  • Cost for the party is $200. There is a limit of 10 participants. Each additional participant is an additional $25.

  • There is 1 hour of gymnastics instruction and 30 minutes of time for cake/gifts/free-time.

  • We have a few decorations we can set up for party, but any additional decorations must be set up prior to the party. We will open up the gym 30 minutes before the party for these to be set up. Tables and chairs will be provided by the gym.

  • Food will not be provided by the gym. It must be brought in by those hosting the party. It may not be allowed on the gym floor at any time.

Birthday Party Rules

Adult observers are not allowed in the gym area or on equipment.

  • All participants must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

  • There is no allowance for additional children outside your package number. Our 1:10 instructor-to-child ratio is strictly enforced.

  • You are paying for two instructors to guide your party.

  • Piñatas, confetti, and silly string are not allowed to be used inside Wabash Fireflies Gymnastics.

  • All participants must comply with the instructor’s safety rules. Participants who run off or attempt dangerous skills not allowed by the instructor will be asked to sit out with the adults.

  • Young preschool students may have an adult helper with them in the gym to help them through the activities.
